A question
About a format, a limit, or whether something can be done in a browser at all.
A bug
A tool that refused a file, produced the wrong thing, or stopped. Say which tool and what you did; the form fills in your browser.
A tool we do not have
The ones that get asked for most get built first.
Other ways
Email works too, and is the one to use if you want a copy of what you sent: [email protected].
What we cannot see
Your files never leave your browser, so we cannot look at the one that went wrong. If a bug depends on a particular file, say what kind it was and how big, and where it came from.
